Reason

A wildfire that broke out in the municipality of La Bisbal d'Empordà spreaded southward. Seven municipalities were placed on alert via the ES-Alert system, affecting a total of 12,000 residents. Copernicus EMS Rapid Mapping wass requested to provide initial rough estimation, wildfire extent and damage assessment emergency mapping.
